Liberty London Girl

Also known as Sacha Wilkins, LLG is a multimedia powerhouse and all–round Renaissance woman: she runs a successful digital consultancy for luxury brands like Ralph Lauren, Boden and Molton Brown, and sits on fashion councils and advisory panels all over the world. She advises on television and radio as a lifestyle expert, is style editor for the Wall Street Journal, and writes for a range of glossy magazines and other international broadsheet newspapers. She founded in 2006 and for three years wrote the blog anonymously before ‘coming out’ to British Grazia in a headline article. Oh, and she writes cookbooks too. In her free time (‘ERRR, WHAT FREE TIME?’ we hear you cry…) Sasha loves dachshunds, wearing wellies, and men in glasses. Her blog is a joyous combination of lifestyle tips, recipes, reviews, style hacks and musings on life, love and everything in between. You’re welcome…

Fashion, travel, and social commentary is where kooky and cool Pandora’s blog is at. “Man, woman, barnacle: welcome to my blog,” is her opening gambit. “I’m happy as a clam that you chose mine to peruse.” We love this fashion journalist’s sometimes upfront, sometimes wacky writing style and no-nonsense, gotta-read headlines, like ‘Can Fashion’s Most Fashiony Fashions Work IRL?’ Her fun and innovative flair means that some interviews are transcribed from Whatsapp conversations, whilst the occasional blog post showcases her latest work as a fashion stylist and others ponder all manner of thought-provoking matter, from amusing whims to more serious stuff. Needless to say, this delicious blog is plastered with big, beautiful images of Pandora rocking her knockout ensembles on the streets of London town. This one’s full of sass and sparkle, Sloanies. Go follow!

The Londoner

‘Avoid any diet that discourages the use of hot fudge,’ advises blogger Rosie Thomas. And she loves all things nautical. Ok, we love her already. Six months after she launched a little blog to document her travels, post up recipes and keep in touch with family and friends, Jessica Simpson mentioned one of her brownie recipes on the Jay Leno show. And the rest – as you can imagine – is history. Rosie’s blog posts and photo diaries might be all tumbling chestnut tresses, flawless coffee dates and soft-focus photography, but she does also admit that, “bloggers’ lives are presented as perfect, but we only show you the highlights.” Phew – thank goodness for that!

So whose blogs do you follow, Sloanies? We’re always on the lookout for fresh new lifestyle inspo, so drop us a comment and let us know who floats your boat!
